Imperial Business and Training Solutions administers the nationwide approved Food Manager and Food Handler training and examination through the Nation Registry of Food Safety Professionals, Prometric, ServSafe . Health Departments can fine establishments up to $1,000.00 in fines for lack of training.
Employees who need to be Food Manager Certified area all Manager's front and back of the house, Chef, Bar Manager, Banquet Managers and any employees who supervise in the setting up and prepping of food. Food Manager Certification is good for 5 years in all parts of the United States. International Food Training is also available through Imperial Business and Training.
All employees must be food handler certified this certification is good for only 3 or 4 years in the State (Depending in which it was issued.)
