Food Handler Training
All employees who work in a public food service establishment including food trucks must be training in Food Safety. The Law requires employees to be trained within the first 60 days of employment. Health inspector can fine locations up to $1,000.00 for lack of training. Food Handler training can be done in Live meetings or On Line.
